Dear Sheila,
I found your web site and I think it is absolutely brilliant! I am an 18
year old girl with boys on my mind the only problem is I have a fear of
kissing them. from I was about 10 when I first kissed a boy he said a very
insulting
comment about the way I was kissing in front of my other friends, of which
they all laughed, every since this I fell sick of the thought of being a
crap kisser and someone making fun of me over it. This issue has really
taken over my life I fell I haven't fulfilled my teenage years like a normal
person, and that if a never get over my fear I may never get a boyfriend, it
actually has got to the stage were I get extremely depressed over it. I
found your website to be a god send to me, like someone telling me exactly
what to do and has made me realize that there really isn't anything to worry
about, it has given me the confidence i need to get over this rut in my life
and move on. I can never greatly explain to you how much this has helped me,
thank you so much I think it is excellent.

Wow! I seriously cannot express my thanks with words to you for creating
this website. I cannot tell you how many times I have cried just because I
haven't kissed anyone. Now I realize it doesn't matter and that it will come
naturally and that I spent all my time worrying about it and being sad and I
just know now that its soo stupid. Even though most of my friends have been
kissed I guess I am different from them and most of those ppl they didn't
even like so I guess in a way its better this way! Thanks so much!

13 and i've never even been out with someone but i'm going to the cinema
with a couple of friends soon and 2 of them are lads. me and my sister dared
each other to pull one of them but we are both really scared as we've never

Hello Sheila. My name is Sean and I just wanted
to thank you for all the help you've provided me on your website. I was
about 14 years old when I first found the site on the Internet. I felt
really awkward looking for help on French kissing on the Internet because I
was a little behind on the times when it came to that but I really needed
help because of my nervousness. When I found the site and read through it a
little and got better acquainted with it, I really came to be more confident
in what I was doing (in kissing and I have become a lot better at it as
well). I'm 16 years old now and have been with my girlfriend now for about 6
months and she is kinda new to the whole thing too. I have been teaching her
